Anyone else excited about autumn or is it just me? 🙂 Out of all, autumn is my favourite season and I find it incredibly beautiful. I just love the crisp air, warm colours everywhere, hot drinks and cozy places. Switching my light summer make-up routine for darker, deeper and edgier shades. Not to mention (fake) leather jackets, boots and layering your clothes for the ultimate effect. My September favourites are still pretty light and summery, but I’ve recently changed my routine and added a few new bits to my collection so stay tuned for those! 😉
With the Limited Edition Dawid Tomaszewski by CATRICE, exclusive beauty products were created – in collaboration with the internationally renowned designer – in the unique signature design of his Autumn/Winter Collection 2017. The German-Polish designer founded his fashion label in 200. Since then, art, architecture and music have all been great sources of inspiration to him. Not only have his creations been published in popular magazines like Vogue, Harper’s Bazaar and ELLE, he also presents them regularly at the Fashion Weeks in Berlin, Lisbon and Zurich. In the coming Fall/Winter Season 2017, diverse fabric structures reflect his typical Bauhaus style design. Dresses in various lengths, boot cut trousers and coats in copper-golden textiles unite opulent and purist elements. The colour range of the Limited Edition reaches from red tones to dark purple and gold to night blue, and is complemented by a soft rosé shade. Anything is possible – subtle make-up looks as well as expressive lip & eye creations.

Half of July is already gone and I’m just now getting around to posting my favourites… I suppose it’s better late than never, right? June was a mix of old loves and new discoveries for me which shows in my monthly favourites too. Let’s see what I’ve been loving the most.
Here I am, beauty blogging after quite some time… After all the technical work that moving your blog and domain include, I can hardly believe I actually got to writing new posts – freaking finally! Anyway, I’ve received this goodies from L’Oreal a few months ago and had a chance to test them out properly. Let’s see what I thought about them, shall we?
A few weeks ago my family & I went on a little shopping trip to Palmanova. Since we finished our shopping there early, I managed to convince them to make a little stop in Tiare on our way back home, so I could have a browse in Sephora. I guess they’ve just released the new Too Faced Sweet Peach line, because I’ve stumbled upon a full display. Without thinking, of course, I grabbed the nearest eyeshadow palette and took it to the cash register. And you know what? I don’t regret it one little bit!
We’re well into January and I was planning to do this post earlier, but I got swamped with work and school obligations and kept putting it off. Today I’ve decided that enough is enough and finally sat down to write my thoughts on a bunch of lovely beauty products you can see on the picture above. This is a small collection of my favourite and most reached for products of year 2016. I’ve limited myself to picking only three from each category (or else I could go on forever) – base, eyes, cheeks, lips and nails. Let’s dive right into it, shall we?
I’m back with one of the most exciting posts to write – review & swatches of the gorgeous eyeshadow palette you can see above! Let me tell you all about the wishes and struggles that landed this beauty in my hands… As most of you know, it’s quite hard to get Tarte products in Slovenia and if you manage to find them somewhere, the shipping will cost you way too much. I’ve lusted after this palette ever since I first saw it on Instagram and waited for the opportunity to buy it somewhere. Then one of my best friends Urška (love you, dear!) went to study abroad to Denmark and what followed was definitely a story worth telling! One of her foreign friends there was from America and ordered the palette for me, shipped it from Denmark and from there to Ljubljana. Of course some of the eyeshadows broke in the process but stayed in the pans so I managed to fix them. It may not look as beautiful as a completely new one would, but I love it even more because of the way I got it. Again, sincere thanks to everyone involved ❤.
